International Committee of the Red Cross Assists Militant Group in Recovery for Bodies of Israeli Hostages in Gaza

A Red Cross official confirmed that its personnel accompanied Hamas officials into areas of Gaza still under IDF authority to support the search for the remains of individuals held captive.

The group has claimed it does not know the precise locations of all the remains, saying it has been unable to communicate with a number of its units that had been holding the hostages and were allegedly eliminated during Israeli bombardments.
